NY SALEM — Planning Board elects Maurice Patrick as chairman, with Edward Donoghue as vice-chairman and Jay Watters as secretary, all unanimous. Matthew Fuller, Esq., was appointed attorney, and The Eagle continues as the official newspaper. The board approved a conditional application to place two 12-by-24 prebuilt sheds on Battenkill Woods Way, contingent on written approval from the Battenkill Woods Association.
